Not another boring insurance class! Not when
you take a class with Customized Learning, Inc. We understand that
adults learn differently and at varying degrees. We use a variety
of teaching methods from short lectures to adult conducive games
that reinforce the learning.
Our classes are small to provide the learner with an atmosphere
conducive for learning and asking questions.

Denise Powell has been in the insurance
industry for 12+ years. She is a licensed life, accident and
health and property and casualty producer. She has an
undergraduate degree in marketing, a masters degree in business
administration, and 24 credit hours towards a doctorate in
education. She is an adjunct instructor at Oakland City University
and Indiana Wesleyan University. She is an appointed life agent
for Boston Mutual Insurance. Her community involvement includes:
2007 Network of Women in Business President (www.nowib.com),
2007 recording secretary for the Indiana Hospitality Network Board
of Directors, a member of Rainmakers, and volunteer advisory board
member for Girls, Inc.

Shirley Castille, Vice-President of Business Development, received her undergraduate degree in Marketing
/ Communications and Masters of Urban ministries both from Martin
University. Her areas of expertise include training / re-careerment
and project implementation.
Doug Clements is a 1994 Ball State
University graduate. Doug’s bachelor’s degree is in Industry and
Technology with a minor in Management. Doug spent more than seven (7)
years as a Process/Industrial Engineer. Recently, Doug has become
passionate about insurance and especially educating in the area of
insurance. Doug is a welcome addition to our instructional team.
